How Instant book spaces are approved and charged at once, and the space owner's 24 hours to decline.
For advertisers
A space marked "Instant book" is approved and charged as soon as you send the request. The space owner can still decline within 24 hours; you then get a full refund.
For space owners
Turn Instant book on for a space when you are happy to take bookings without approving each one. You can decline an instant booking within 24 hours with no strike and no charge. After that, cancelling is a normal cancellation (see Cancelling as a space owner).
