Photos of your space
What a space photo must show, why one can be refused, and how to replace it.
Advertisers book from your photos, so each one must show the real space, photographed in person.
A good photo
- The space itself: the window, wall, counter or screen where the ad goes.
- Taken by you, at the space, in daylight if you can.
- No stock images, mock-ups, screenshots or AI images.
Why a photo was refused
We check every photo automatically when it is uploaded. A photo is refused when it does not show a space for an ad, or shows something we do not allow (see What ads may show). Some photos go to our team to look at; that can take a little while.
Replacing a photo
Open the space under My spaces, choose Edit, and upload a new photo. If you believe a photo was refused by mistake, ask from Help and support and say which space; the team looks at it again.
