When an account or space is suspended
Why we may pause an account or hide spaces, and how to ask for a review.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks the Terms, puts others at risk or is used for fraud. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
Spaces hidden
Your spaces can be hidden when you reach 3 strikes, when you owe us an amount your card could not cover, or when a space breaks the content rules. Hidden spaces show "Hidden by Ad in Space" to you.
Asking for a review
Ask from Help and support and tell us what happened. Our team reviews it and decides; support cannot lift a suspension on the spot, and we cannot promise the outcome.
