Sign in and ask from Help and support. Choose the booking your question is about. We reply in the thread and by email, usually within minutes.
By email
You can also write to support@adinspace.com. We can only talk about your bookings and account when we can confirm the email came from the address on your account. If we cannot, we answer general questions and ask you to sign in.
What support can and can't do
- We can explain the rules, show where a booking is up to, send receipts and chase our production team.
- Refunds, removing strikes, account suspensions and disputes are decided by our team, not on the spot. We tell you what we passed on and they reply in the same thread.
